Vision-and-Mission
1. Form: Human
 Organizational developed rural areas. 

2. Vision: Self-reliant villages by organizing local communities through training, capital formation, modern technology, integrated management of existing opportunities and resources. 



Strategic Objectives: 1) Financial inclusion of members;

                                      2) Human resource development;

                                     3) Extension of modern technology to increase agricultural production;

                                     4) Capacity building of the rural poor;
                                     5) Employment creation of rural people. 
Functions: 1) Formal and informal human organization;
           2) Human and skill development training;
           3) Capital creation and management of beneficiaries;
           4) Disbursement and management of agricultural credit, micro credit and entrepreneurial credit.
           5) Coordination of rural development programs among various stakeholders;
           6) Implementation of development projects related to rural development and poverty alleviation;
           7) Development of rural leadership and empowerment of women;
           8) Transfer and extension of irrigation and other modern agricultural technologies with a view to increasing agricultural productivity and assistance in production of minor crops;
           9) Increase in rural production and expansion of rural products by establishing marketing linkages for the products produced by the beneficiaries;
          10) Creation of opportunities for people's participation in local development and establishment of connections between rural communities with various nation-building departments and coordination of services provided.
